| | Model of the car: | Diamante LS | | | General comments: | Overall I am very unhappy with this car. The transmission is unpredictable in its shift modes. Brakes and rotors are downright cheap. This car is in no way any competition for the likes of Lexus, Infiniti or Acura. There is highly too much wind and outside noise for a car in this class. I believe what Mitsubishi's problem is 1.) They don't try to expand the vehicle(i.e. improving brakes | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Awful Customer Service, Vibration, Questionnable transmission activity, second rate material quality (cheap looking wood dress, cheap grade leather interior), Awful brakes | | | Previous car: | I previously owned a 94 Infiniti J30 which is a very very sound vehicle with unparalleled styling and reliability. This Diamante LS does not stand a chance against my previous car. I think Mitsubishi of North America should take a class in Customer Servic |
